Having moved to Bansko well over 5 years ago as head Chef at the Explore Bansko Chalets catering for hundreds of guests over the years and developing menus that appeal to our guests I have now decided to expand and offer many of the dishes to not only our guests but also those that are on holiday or live in Bansko.
